Spicy Chipotle Hummus

Ingredients

chickpeas
drained and rinsed

cloves
garlic

cup
water
more or less to smooth preference

tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
2
tablespoon
lemon juice
fresh is best
2
tablespoon
tahini
1
teaspoon
cumin pepper
powder
1-2
chipotle peppers packed in adobo sauce
2
tsp
pink salt
Instructions
Pulse garlic cloves and peppers in a food processor until minced.
Add ½ cup water and remaining ingredients to your processor. Blend until smooth.
Serve or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Notes
Serve with crackers, corn chips or veggies!
